COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSPORT DEPUTY MINISTER MUBIKA MUBIKA HAS REVEALED THAT THE RAILWAY SYSTEM OF ZAMBIA (RSZ) PAID THE ZAMBIAN GOVERNMENT THROUGH THE TREASURY ABOUT 10.3BILLION KWACHA IN FORM OF TAXES IN 2009.
